1. Who we are

Krum ("we", "our", or "us") is an iOS application for knowledge-discovery designed to deliver insightful information through a swipe-based "knowledge card" interface, delivered in simple and meaningful way.

2. What we do not collect

Krum is designed to be used without an account. We do not collect or store:

• Your name, email address, or other direct personal identifiers
• Location data
• Contacts
• Microphone or camera data
• Payment or financial information
• Browsing history outside the app

3. What data is used

Krum uses the following limited data to operate:

• Category preferences: Topics you select during onboarding and in settings are stored on our Supabase Database to give you accurate knowledge topics. We never sell or share the access of these data to 3rd party, we will only use it for your personalization.
• App usage analytics (Apple): If you have enabled “Share Analytics” in iOS settings, Apple may collect anonymized, aggregated app performance data under Apple’s own policies. We do not access or control this data.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA): See Section 4.

4. Advertising & Google AdMob

Krum is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob.

During onboarding, you can choose between personalized ads or minimal ads. If personalized advertising is enabled, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt will request permission before any tracking occurs.
